1. About the Platform

The GiMtradefin Opportunities Hub is a public B2B trade leads marketplace operated by GiMtradefin. It enables businesses and individuals to post, browse, and request introductions for trade opportunities across Procurement, Selling Leads, and Partnership categories. By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

GiMtradefin acts solely as a trade facilitation intermediary. We are not a broker, agent, dealer, or party to any transaction. Any business relationship arising from use of the Platform is entered into solely between the parties involved.

3. Lead Submissions

By submitting a lead you confirm that all information is accurate and not misleading, you have authority to submit on behalf of the named entity, the submission does not violate any law, and the opportunity is genuine. GiMtradefin reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any lead at its sole discretion without liability.

4. Approval Process

All submissions are subject to manual review before publication. Verification status (Verified, Pending Verification, Featured, New) is assigned at GiMtradefin's sole discretion and reflects our internal review process only — it is not an endorsement of the lead's accuracy or the submitter's reliability.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

GiMtradefin makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. All content is provided on an "as-is" basis. Users rely on Platform content entirely at their own risk.

6. User Due Diligence

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any party they engage with. GiMtradefin strongly encourages Users to conduct background checks, seek independent legal and financial advice, verify regulatory requirements, and use secure payment arrangements.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not submit fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content. Spam submissions and automated tools are prohibited. GiMtradefin may permanently ban Users who breach these prohibitions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiMtradefin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, any transaction between Users, inaccurate content, or unauthorised access to your submissions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform design, branding, and original content are the intellectual property of GiMtradefin. By submitting content, you grant GiMtradefin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GiMtradefin is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

• Lead Submission Data: Company name, contact person, email, phone, country, industry, lead title, description, target market, valid-until date.
• Introduction Request Data: Name, company name, email, phone, country, and message.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info — for security and spam prevention.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To review, approve, and publish trade leads.
• To facilitate introductions between parties by email — conducted manually.
• To send administrative notifications (approval, reference numbers, status updates).
• To prevent spam using IP-based rate limiting and honeypot fields.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. What We Never Do

• We never publicly display submitter contact details. No name, email, or phone is ever shown on the public site.
• We never sell, rent, or license personal data to third parties.
• We never use personal data for advertising profiling.
• We never auto-exchange contact details between parties.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including server-side storage, strict field-level allow-listing, and rate limiting to protect your personal data.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Contact page.

7. Cookies

The Platform uses minimal cookies for basic functionality and security only. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

GiMtradefin does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any trade lead published on the Platform. All content is user-submitted and may contain errors beyond our ability to detect. Users must independently verify all facts before acting on any lead.

2. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship

GiMtradefin is not a broker, agent, or legal representative of any party. Facilitating an introduction does not create any agency or fiduciary relationship. Any commercial arrangement is solely between the parties involved.

3. User Responsibility for Due Diligence

All Users bear full responsibility for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering any transaction, including verifying counterparty legal standing and creditworthiness, reviewing applicable trade regulations, engaging independent legal counsel, and using appropriate payment protection arrangements.

4. GiMtradefin as Facilitator Only

GiMtradefin's sole role is to provide a curated marketplace and manually facilitate introductions. Verification status reflects our internal review process only — it is not an endorsement, recommendation, or due diligence clearance for any listing or party.

5. No Liability for Transactions

GiMtradefin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any transaction between Users, reliance on lead accuracy, failure of any party to perform, fraud or misrepresentation by any User, or any other consequence of using the Platform.

6. Platform Availability

GiMtradefin does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Platform at any time without notice.
